Refund Policy

PrintFlowStudio sells both digital downloads and physical products. Each is covered differently below. Please read the section that applies to your order.

Digital Products

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed. Please review the product previews, descriptions, and file formats before purchasing.

We will gladly help if something goes wrong. We offer a replacement file or store credit if:

  • Your file is corrupted or will not open
  • You received the wrong file
  • Your download link expired before you could access your files

If you accidentally buy the same digital product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate order.

Please contact us immediately or in 24 hours of purchase for any digital order issues.

Physical Products (Prints and Printed Items)

Our physical products are printed on demand just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or style chosen at checkout, or minor color differences between your screen and the printed product.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will make it right. You can choose either a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item. You do not need to send the item back.

To request this, email us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage, defect, or incorrect item (and of the packaging if it was damaged in transit)
  • Whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are not refundable.

Order Cancellations

Physical orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund only if the order has not yet entered production. Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the files are delivered.

EU and UK Customers

For digital products, by completing your purchase and accessing the download, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. For physical products, personalized or made-to-order items are exempt from the standard withdrawal right, but your statutory rights for faulty or incorrect items are not affected.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
