At PrintFlowStudio, we take pride in the quality of our digital products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed. This is standard practice for digital goods, as files cannot be "returned" once delivered.
We strongly encourage you to review all product previews, descriptions, and file format details before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit in the following situations:
- The file you received is corrupted or unreadable
- You received the wrong file(s)
- Your download link has expired before you were able to access the file
To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date with your order number and a description of the issue.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us immediately and we will issue a refund for the duplicate order.
EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital download, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download. This is in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
